Browser-local. No microphone, account or cloud storage. Session files include participant labels; share them only when appropriate.

  1. Invite people to join, or pass. Say that imaginary examples are welcome. Nobody needs to share a private story.
  2. Build the round. Everyone gets one turn per round. The first speaker rotates between rounds; prompt cards are not repeated in the session.
  3. Prepare, speak, reflect. Start the timer when the speaker is ready. Pause whenever the room needs time. At the end, finish the turn to move on.
  4. Make one useful observation. A listener can name a clear example or a question they understood. Feedback is optional; this tool does not score people.
